b.well fitness is the brand name used by Bwell FZC LLC to operate a booking platform that introduces clients to independent personal trainers for at-home training in Dubai, schedules sessions, and collects payment.

Bwell FZC LLC handles personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

We collect only the information necessary to match you with a trainer and deliver safe, effective training. This may include:

• the area you train in and your booking and scheduling information
• health-readiness information you provide through the PAR-Q and any condition, injury, pregnancy, medication or limitation relevant to safe exercise
• payment related information processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider
• communications between you, your trainer, and us

We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

Personal information is used to:

• match you with a trainer, schedule your sessions, and manage your package
• take payment and issue invoices and receipts
• help your trainer deliver safe, appropriate training based on your health-readiness answers
• communicate with you about your bookings and respond to questions
• meet legal, accounting, tax or administrative obligations where required

We do not sell or trade personal information.

Some information you provide relates to your health and fitness. This information is sensitive and is processed to keep your training safe and with your consent where required.

It is shared only with your matched trainer, to the extent that trainer needs it to deliver safe training, and trainers are bound by confidentiality. Please tell us if any detail changes.

b.well fitness and its trainers do not provide medical advice and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Bwell FZC LLC does not store full payment card details.

Trusted third-party platforms are used to deliver the service, including Stripe for payments, Zoho Books for invoicing and accounting, and an email delivery provider for invoices, receipts and service messages. These providers process personal data only to the extent required to deliver the service and in line with their own privacy and security practices.

Where personal data is processed or stored outside the United Arab Emirates, reasonable steps are taken to ensure appropriate data protection safeguards are in place.
